Slightly older tune from Nicorisone, but it’s still gorgeous. Very, very Distance-y sound to this one. Some great spacey percussion, a simple but interesting bassline and a lovely melody, but my favourite thing about ‘The Hunt’ is that there isn’t really a drop. Although the bass comes in and out, the arrangement of this tune is awesomely original.

Nicorisone (Chris) is currently based in Southern California, but grew up in New York. He does a lot of dubstep-inspired experimental bass music and, from my experience of his tunes, specialises in clever and interesting percussion.
